Directions
1. Take two (2) capsules one (1) to three (3) times a day, with 8 ozs (240ml) glass of water, 30 minutes before meals. Start with a low dose and build up to the most comfortable dosage level.
2. Do not exceed a dosage of 6 capsules per day.
3. Do not exceed more than two (2) capsules at any one time.
4. Wait 4 hours between doses.
5. Not for sale to, or use by, persons under the age of 18. Keep out of the reach of children.
6. Store at room temperature (59 degrees F - 86 degrees F).
7. Keep in a dry place, Tightly closed.
8. Avoid driving machinery until you know how this product affects you.
WARNINGS:

Do not use this product if you are taking appetite suppressants or products containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine.

Bitter Orange contains small amounts of alkaloids such as synephrine and octopamine, which are direct- and indirect-acting adrenergic agents.
Adrenergic agents with beta-agonist activity stimulate lipolysis and increase the resting metabolic rate. Proto-alkaloids found in bitter orange acts as α2 receptor antagonists.
α2 receptor activation results in activation of mechanisms associated with the “fight or flight” response, including decreased lipolysis and negative feedback on release of norepinephrine. However, when an antagonist binds the α2 receptor different effects are observed. α2 antagonists are shown to decrease negative feedback resulting in more secretion of norepinephrine, in addition they are also shown to block antilipolytic α2 receptors on adipocytes.
This effect acts twofold on lipolysis: first by blocking antilipolytic action, and second by increasing plasma levels of norepinephrine which act on β-3 receptors to activate lipolytic mechanisms.
These proto-alkaloids in combination with other adrenergic agents such as synephrine and octopamine has the potential to act synergistically to increase rates of lipolysis, sympathetic tone and may also increase cognitive awareness and arousal.
In combination, these compounds can be extremely beneficial as a weight loss aid by taking advantage of pre-existing systems within the human body.
This action is also potentiated by methylxanthines, such as caffeine, present in Guarana. Nutmeg contains Myristicin which has been shown to have central nervous system activity and increase brain serotonin levels which results in an increase in satiety. Ginkgo biloba extract has been shown to stabilize mitochondrial activity by stabilization of the mitochondrial membrane and inhibition of cytochrome c release. It also acts upon the apoptotic pathway by upregulation of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein and downregulation of pro-apoptotic Bax protein and reduced level of caspase 9.
Panax Ginseng contains ginsenosides which are deglycosylated into compound K which exhibits anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing memory B cell subsets and reducing corticosterone plasma levels. Compound K has also been shown to improve metabolism by balancing blood glucose and increasing insulin sensitivity through up-regulation of insulin receptor substrate 1.
Sacred lotus extract reduces body weight, alleviates liver damage and inhibits fat accumulation. Sacred lotus decreases total cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoproteins while increased high-density lipoproteins. Inflammation accompanied by obesity is inhibited by decreasing inflammatory cytokine interleukin (IL)-1β, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF- α), interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and increasing anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-4 and IL-10 levels.
Sacred lotus also increases secretion of bile salts and increases emulsification rate of lipids during digestion.

The local post office carrying your package can quickly locate a package out for delivery much faster than we can.

You May Still Select UPS Ground for Delivery. UPS Ground is a charged for but discounted, delivery solution.
Shipping Within Ohio or Michigan
Free Shipping with USPS may take a few days within the states of Ohio or Michigan, even for short delivery distances between towns.
UPS will deliver Ground Service in Ohio and Michigan, usually overnight, If the order is placed by 2 PM EST.

We promptly ship all orders from our cool temperature-controlled warehouse.
However, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours, particularly in the warm weather months.

To reduce transit time, consider choosing Expedited Shipping during warm weather months.
Avoid packages being left outside.
Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer.
Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.
Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation
If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened products in the refrigerator for about an hour.
For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible.
