Lost, Late or Missing Packages

Package delivery issues can occur. 

A USPS Package that goes missing is very resolvable.

The local post office carrying your package can quickly locate a package out for delivery much faster than we can.

Do this First.

Please keep your Local Post Office Telephone Number handy and use it to notify the post office of a mis delivered or lost package. (If package is reported delivered and you don't have it.) 

Second, send us an email about the issue. We will immediately assist.

Most of our packages will ship USPS.

If the Package is shipping UPS, follow the same instructions.

Shipping Within The United States

Orders are processed and ship business days.

We attempt to ship packages out the business day received. 

We understand the importance of timely order fulfillment and delivery, toward your fitness and health goals.

Orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Free Ground, to the lower 48 states when the subtotal for goods, after all discounts, is at or above 80 dollars.

The Shipping Carrier for Free Ground Service is the United States Postal Service.

United States Postal Service takes more time to deliver packages than United Parcel Service, so order earlier than you would normally would with UPS Ground.

You May Still Select UPS Ground for Delivery. UPS Ground is a charged for but discounted, delivery solution.

Shipping Within Ohio or Michigan

Free Shipping with USPS may take a few days within the states of Ohio or Michigan, even for short delivery distances between towns.

UPS will deliver Ground Service in Ohio and Michigan, usually overnight, If the order is placed by 2 PM EST.

UPS is a Charged for Delivery Service.

United Parcel Service Delivery must be ordered by the customer, at the time of checkout, it is no longer as of January 2024, a free option.

US Postal Service Customers please leave time or order earlier, for anticipated delivery date.

Although US Postal Service is speedy, UPS is quicker locally than the Postal Office. 

Orders below the $80 will receive shipping choices for USPS or UPS, with discounted, shipping rates calculated on dimensional weight, distance to deliver (Zip Code) and other shipping factors.

UPS and USPS is not a free service below order totals of $80 US Dollars.

Qualified, Free Shipping is made by United States Postal Service.

UPS Ground delivery to Residential addresses is Monday through Friday, between 9am and 7pm, and is a charged for delivery service.

UPS Ground delivery to Business Addresses is Monday through Friday, by the end of business day, and is a charged for service.

Expedited shipping options are available.


UPS Ground delivery requires a physical street address.

The address must include the Office, Apartment, Unit or Suite if that is part of the address.

Please include a phone number to reach the customer.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes

USPS Mail Service is used for Free Shipping to APO/FPO addresses & P.O. Boxes

If risk of package theft, damage risk, or inspection requirement is needed prior to accepting delivery, notify us and we will acknowledge the request and have the package delivered with signature. 

Once an order is fulfilled, tracking is emailed and posted on your account.

Warm Weather Shipments

We promptly ship all orders from our cool temperature-controlled warehouse.

However, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours, particularly in the warm weather months.

Tips to Minimize Warm Weather Melting:

To reduce transit time, consider choosing Expedited Shipping during warm weather months.

Avoid packages being left outside. 

Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. 

Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.

Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation

If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened products in the refrigerator for about an hour.

For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible.

Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-constitute with no loss of taste or nutrition.
